Vision on training and coaching
Coaching Today has been specialised in training and coaching of individuals and employees in relation to (future) work. At coaching Today it's not about the products, but about the focus on people in combination with services. Wishes and possibilities are the starting point. Our services are based on service, clarity, trust and equivalence. By the uniform working method from our quality protocol, Coaching Today is able to secure and preserve its quality.


Coaching Today offers a flexible commitment, works in a personal manner and has involved trainers/coaches. The vision and approach of coaching Today is based on many years of experience. Experience in commercial environments and within the nonprofit sector. On work floor level and on management level. Whether it concerns reintegration routes for individuals or commercial trainings for employees, we consider everyone as an unique individual.

Practical approach
We train, coach and motivate participants, reflect their (work) attitude and challenge them to obtain the maximum of the competenties within themselves and within companies make a way to optimise the execution of work and make employees as efficient as possible in their job. Discussed and trained matters are translated to practical aims and recommendations and get the bests out of someone. In all trainings we stimulate people in believing in their own possibities at an energetic and practical manner. In company trainings we put everything possible in action to renew neglected organisation cultures , organisation standards and organisation values and get all the skills of the employees at the surface. At the end of a company training project we report to the company board what we have done, what still has to be done and pass over the results to the company board of the organisation so the result can be settled.
